Does it matter who my landlord is?
Yes, we can only help tenants who are rent from Housing Association or Council.
Will it cost me?
If you lose the claim, No. At no point in your claim will you be charged for our services. We operate on a no win no fee basis. Our fees are paid directly from Your landlord when we win your case. If your case loses it will not cost, you a penny. If we recover compensation for your case, we retain up to 25%.
Do I qualify?
You are eligible to start a Housing Disrepair Claim if:
- You’re a Council or Housing Association tenant
- You’ve been reporting repairs for 6 weeks or more and no repairs have taken place OR you’ve been reporting repairs for 6 weeks or more, the repairs have taken place, but not properly
- The disrepair is ongoing
