Resolute Legal Limited is a specialist firm in Housing Disrepair, committed to advocating for tenants and ensuring landlords uphold their legal repair obligations. We are expanding our legal team and seeking a dedicated Paralegal or Solicitor with experience in housing disrepair matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle a caseload of approximately 80 housing disrepair matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
• Liaise with clients, courts, experts, and other legal professionals
• Draft legal documents including letters, agreements, and court forms
• Provide administrative support to the wider legal team

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ legal experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, ideally within Housing Disrepair
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload efficiently
• Familiarity with case management systems; experience with Proclaim is desirable but not essential
