However, Resolute Legal have made the policy decision that because we do not specialise in personal injury cases, that, if you want, we would rather refer you to your local Law Society who should be able to refer you on to a local Solicitor who should be able to help you in this area.
We can still act for you in the housing claim, and not have any distraction or delay associated with any injury claim.
Moreover, in our experience, it is only when you obtain a favourable Surveyor’s report from us, and/or a subsequent admission of liability/offer from your landlord – that is the basis for starting a personal injury claim -so you are in no way prejudiced.
Importantly, if you decide that you would rather have one Solicitor to deal with both aspects, then unfortunately, we would not be in a position to assist you – at least on this occasion.
